Static of the Gods

According to the drummer, the name they chose for their band isn’t necessarily derived from religion. Its more about the ebb and flow of life in the city, the white noise that surrounds us and penetrates every moment of our daily lives. Deep stuff for a indie rock band, but we could identify with the thought that went into the band name. This enlightened approach lead us to seek reference from old textbooks, which in-turn inspired us to create a logo featuring a snake with 2 heads. The serpent is meant to represent the polarity and struggle that exists within the static.
