Schranghamer Design Group is a residential design firm based in Boston. Their collective focus is creating high quality living spaces that are both timeless and innovative. Within our initial meeting with the founder, before we even discussed direction for the logo, we recommended changing the company name. In our opinion, the previous company name was somewhat misleading and didn’t seem to compliment the all encompassing new direction of the group. Fortunate for us, the founder respected our thoughts and came back a few weeks later with a simple, powerful new name. The mission of SDG directly dictated our philosophy for the monogram we developed as their primary identity. Clean, timeless, harmoniously locked together creating a desirable space. It works seamlessly between print, online – heck, even as their twitter icon! Once the identity was finalized we developed a full office system as well as a series of promotional postcards highlighting beautiful photography of SDG projects.
