Legendary Music Venue
Re-branding a 40 year old music venue with deep roots in the folk music community was no easy task.
Especially, considering the goal was to coerce the long time supporters to come along for the ride as management opened the club up to the new wave of folk, americana, acoustic indie rock and alt. country artists. Finding a visual medium ground between 20 somethings and 50 somethings requires a delicate hand and a finely tuned instrument. In this case, a headstock referencing the previous logo yet feeling brand new. Laboring over the simple, but hand-rendered type treatment to compliment the aforementioned lino-cut guitar graphic, added an additional level of care and consideration to the final logo.Back
